Cornelia promoviert im Rahmen des SUBDENSE-Projekts und untersucht dabei die Interessen und Handlungsmöglichkeiten von Planer*innen und Grundstückseigentümer*innen bei der Verdichtung in Vororten.
Zu ihren Forschungsschwerpunkten zählen:
- private Eigentumsrechte in der Planungs- und Bodenpolitik
- bodenpolitische Instrumente und Strategien
- Transparenz der Grundstücksbesitzverhältnisse
